Small and medium businesses need a modern ERP without enterprise pricing: per-company data isolation, legally compliant invoicing, B2B document exchange and online payments — all accessible from any device, with zero installation.
The Build
We engineered AVELRA ONE as a multi-tenant PHP/MySQL platform: every company operates in a fully isolated tenant with its own users, documents and numbering, while sharing a single hardened codebase.
- Core modules: invoicing, B2B quotes with a dedicated received-quotes workflow, warehouse & inventory, purchase orders, delivery notes, financial reports and collections.
- Security: hardened client area with multi-factor authentication and a Super Admin console protected by three independent factors (password + TOTP + email OTP).
- Payments: integrated card payments via the Revolut Merchant API, with payment-gated company registration.
- Field tools: built-in barcode scanning from any smartphone camera — no dedicated hardware required.
- Mobile: a Flutter companion app wrapping the platform for Android.
- Compliance: trilingual GDPR framework, secured public invoice viewer for recipients without an account.
Engineering Constraints We Respected
The platform is designed to run on shared hosting: no shell execution, no background daemons, no exotic extensions. Every feature — including PDF generation and payment webhooks — works within those constraints. That discipline keeps hosting costs near zero for every tenant.
Outcome
AVELRA ONE is live in production at one.avelra.com, onboarding companies with a self-service, payment-gated registration flow and a full landing page with structured metadata and multilingual legal pages.
